The APC NetShelter Rack Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) AP4423A is a 1U rack-mountable power redundancy solution designed to ensure continuous power delivery to your critical IT rack equipment. Supporting dual 230V IEC C20 16A inputs, this ATS automatically switches between two power sources within approximately 10 milliseconds to minimize downtime during power interruptions. With a total load capacity of around 3700 VA and a rated current of 16 A, it caters perfectly to single-corded rack devices.

Equipped with eight IEC 60320 C13 outlets and one IEC 60320 C19 outlet, the unit offers versatile connectivity for a variety of IT equipment. The AP4423A features a field-replaceable Network Management Card (NMC) enabling remote monitoring and control through Web UI, SNMP, and CLI, compatible with APC's EcoStruxure IT management platform. It also supports temperature and humidity sensors for environmental monitoring.

Designed to fit standard 19-inch racks, it comes complete with mounting hardware and supports management either individually or across multiple units within a network. Operating efficiently within a voltage range of 207 to 253 V, and an ambient temperature of -5° to 45°C, this ATS balances robust performance with flexibility and ease of deployment in demanding IT environments.
