The APC Network Management Card 3 (AP9640) is a premium plug-in module designed for secure, network-based remote monitoring and management of select APC Smart-UPS and Symmetra UPS models. This card connects your UPS device directly to your network, enabling administrators to access UPS status and control via web browsers, SNMP, Telnet, SSH, and command-line interface for flexible management.

Key features include real-time event notifications, advanced data and event logging, and support for multiple users with role-based access control. It supports directory authentication methods such as LDAP and RADIUS, ensuring enterprise-grade security. The card also implements encrypted communication protocols like HTTPS/SSL and SSH.
