Key connectivity options include 2 x 1 GbE RJ45 ports (LAN/WAN switchable) and dual-radio, dual-band concurrent Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) operating on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with WPA2/WPA3 security, providing wireless flexibility. The router runs on a dual-core ARMv8 64-bit CPU with up to 512 MB RAM and up to 8 GB flash storage to handle advanced networking tasks and analytics.

Constructed with an IP30-rated aluminum housing, the S700 supports DIN rail mounting and operates reliably in harsh environments with an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 60 °C. Additional features include an active GNSS antenna port supporting GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, and Galileo, a USB 2.0 Type-A port, configurable GPIO, and advanced firewall with up to 480 Mbps throughput.
