The Snom D7C is a versatile USB expansion module designed to enhance Snom D7xx series desk phones (including models D785, D765, D745, D735, D725, D717, and D715). It features a large, high-resolution 6.8-inch TFT colour display with a modern, redesigned user interface that improves the user experience. This expansion module provides 16 physical programmable keys, which can be toggled across 3 pages to offer a total of 48 virtual keys. Each key supports multi-colour LED indicators with self-labeling displayed directly on screen, allowing instant visual status for contacts such as presence and busy lamp fields.

The D7C connects to compatible phones via USB using plug-and-play technology, drawing power directly from the phone's USB port, thereby eliminating the need for separate power supplies. It supports daisy-chaining up to three modules in series to massively expand functional capacity. The unit’s keys and display allow for quick access to speed dials, call forwarding, and presence monitoring, enhancing communication efficiency in busy office environments.

Configuration is flexible, available through the phone system or the Snom web interface, allowing easy setup and customization. The device integrates seamlessly with the feature set of supported Snom phones, combining modern design aesthetics with professional functionality and easy installation.
