Integrated into the Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) platform, the EAP223 supports Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP), intelligent monitoring, and centralized management via the Omada Cloud controller or the convenient Omada app. The device ensures seamless roaming with uninterrupted video and voice calls, enhancing user experience across your network.
Installation is flexible with support for both IEEE 802.3af PoE and passive PoE, eliminating the need for separate power cabling (PoE adapter not included). Featuring one Gigabit Ethernet uplink port, internal high-gain antennas (4 dBi for 2.4 GHz and 5 dBi for 5 GHz), and a discreet design, this access point mounts easily on ceilings or walls with the included mounting kit.
Security is robust with a secure guest network supporting multiple authentication options such as SMS, Facebook Wi-Fi, and voucher-based access. Advanced wireless features including Band Steering, Airtime Fairness, and Beamforming further optimize network efficiency and coverage.
