The Ubiquiti Rocket 2AC Prism 2GHz Lite airMAX ac BaseStation (Model: R2AC-PRISM) is a high-performance wireless base station designed for both Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) deployments. Operating across the full 2.4 GHz band, this device leverages Ubiquiti’s airMAX ac chipset and advanced airPrism RF filtering technology, delivering enhanced selectivity and improved capacity even in ultra-dense environments.

Key features include a dedicated spectral analysis radio enabling real-time RF monitoring, an integrated GPS sync port (with waterproof connector) for precise synchronization in co-located setups, and a single Gigabit Ethernet port supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps throughput. The Rocket 2AC Prism supports throughput exceeding 150+ Mbps and can handle over 50+ concurrent client connections, making it ideal for high-density wireless networks.

Built for outdoor use, its rugged die-cast aluminum enclosure is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C and includes IP-rated, waterproof RF and GPS connectors. It is powered via passive PoE (24 V, 0.5 A adapter included) for simplified installation. With integrated LEDs for power, LAN, and four signal-strength indicators, setup and maintenance are straightforward.

This base station is NDAA compliant and certified with CE, FCC, and IC approvals, ensuring compliance with global standards. It pairs seamlessly with Ubiquiti’s airMAX antennas for sector coverage or RocketDish antennas for PtP backhaul links.
