The Ubiquiti UniFi Patch Cable Outdoor 8M (Black) is a rugged, weatherproof Ethernet patch cable designed specifically for outdoor UniFi and UISP deployments. Featuring shielded RJ45 connectors on both ends, an internal foil shielding layer, and an integrated ESD drain wire, this cable provides superior protection against electrostatic discharge and environmental elements. Constructed with stranded 24 AWG copper conductors for flexibility and performance, it supports Category 5e standards with Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) speeds and PoE up to PoE+++. Its thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) insulated jacket is UV resistant (tested to ASTM G 151/154) and flame rated VW-1 (UL1581), ensuring durability for harsh outdoor environments.

Available in multiple lengths including 8 meters, and offered in both black and white colors, the cable meets industry cabling standards TIA/EIA-568-B.2 and ISO/IEC 11801. With an installation temperature range from -20°C to 60°C and operation range from -40°C to 80°C, it is ideal for connecting outdoor access points, surveillance cameras, or any other network equipment exposed to weather. Its diameter is approximately 6–6.3 mm and it maintains a minimum bend radius of 24 mm for safe installation.
